Thomas also spent time at a Technology company called Call Box located in Dallas, TX. where he led a startup Call Center Implementation and Customer Operations. He later pivoted into the Financial Services industry at New York Life Insurance for a number of years in their Customer Service organization. Recently, Thomas has gained experience in Banking at both Wells Fargo and Citigroup. These experiences has helped shape Thomas’s unique perspective about Customer Care and Process improvement. As a Board Advisor, Thomas will help advise Nubian Square Investment Advisors become the world’s leading Investment Management company through expertise in Operational Excellence and strategically building an organization that’s known for memorable Customer Experiences.

Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife Cierra and kids Madisyn and Tylan, traveling to new places, working out, attending Concord Church, fellowshipping with his brothers in Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and watching football.
