Are you curious about investment opportunities beyond the traditional stock market

As part of our ongoing commitment to further equity and opportunities, NSIA develops and provides comprehensive research reports on private and non-traditional impact investments that help our clients and our broader communities meet their goals.

We focus on investments in three impact areas of Healthcare, Wealth Equity, and Education.

Investments include

  • Place-Based Impact Investing,
  • Employee Ownership,
  • Community Wealth Building,
  • Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI’s), Venture Capital (VC) Funds,
  • Real Estate,
  • Fixed-Income opportunities and more.

NSIA can offer impact investing education and research to foundations, investment committees, mission driven organizations, individuals, and advisors regardless if we are formally managing any of their assets.

We are proud of the breadth and diversity of the skills of the NSIA research team and the impact of the funds and managers that they are able to find and analyze. This is yet another potent example of how and why diverse teams develop the most creative and comprehensive solutions to big problems like health- and wealth-inequity. The investment vehicles, the people doing the work, and the NSIA team offer powerful, interdependent and hopeful opportunities for how we can move towards shared prosperity, together.

Meet the Team

Kyle Eppenger-Pope, Investment Associate

“At my core, my mission has always been to be an impactful allocator — to help shape the flow of regenerative capital toward investments that drive social good. That mission perfectly mirrors the mission of Nubian Square Investment Advisors. We believe that capital can be a tool for equity, opportunity, and transformation, and we work every day to help our clients realize that vision.

For me, it’s not just about generating returns — it’s about creating lasting, meaningful impact through the thoughtful stewardship of capital. That alignment of purpose is what brought me here, and it’s what fuels my work every day.”

We are proud that Kyle is responsible for NSIA’s unique and comprehensive Due Diligence & Research efforts.
